Cancellation of any service before three hours of pickup/service time is FREE.
Any cancellation from three hours prior to the pickup/service time until the pickup /service time will be charged at 50% value of the task fee/service fee as mentioned while booking.
Incase of any cancellation after the EYL knight/service personnel has reached the pick up location/service location,will be charged at 100% of the task/service fee as mentioned while booking.
Parcels once picked up and in transit cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If cancelled no refund of fees and if rescheduled then an additional task fee will be applied
Any ongoing service/treatment cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Ongoing services whether cancelled or rescheduled will be chargeable at Full amount as mentioned while booking.
EYL team shall initiate a refund after the confirmation and analysis of the situation leading to the cause of the same.
The same will be credited either to the customer via PAYTM, credit note or directly to Customer bank account within 7 working days, whichever mode is preferred by Customer.
